ABOUT THE PROJECT
Great brands deserve great storytelling. That’s why The Avant Gardists, La Maison du Whisky’s incubator, needed a digital space as innovative as the brands it supports.
As a UI Designer, I reimagined the website to highlight emerging talent through bold product showcases, dedicated brand narratives, creator interviews, and fresh industry insights, ensuring every visitor gets a taste of the future of fine drinks.

Brief – Header Menu
TAG needed its own digital space, a vibrant mini-site with a colorful, bold, and playful design. To make it instantly accessible, we added a dedicated TAG button at the top of the main header. On hover, users can directly explore TAG pages, while the mini-site itself includes its own navigation.
The goal was to highlight emerging talent through striking product showcases, dedicated brand narratives, creator interviews, and fresh industry insights. Every detail of the menu and navigation was designed to ensure visitors get an inspiring first taste of the future of fine drinks.
Homepage – Global Design
For this project, I built upon the existing whisky.fr design system while introducing subtle variations to give the mini-site its own identity. I added new component frames, some with light animations, to bring dynamism without breaking consistency.
One of the main challenges was the limitation of shared assets: I couldn’t apply different font types, font sizes, or even vary the packshot dimensions, since everything was directly linked to whisky.fr. Each time a user wanted to purchase a product, they were seamlessly redirected to the main site.
The goal, therefore, was to maintain visual harmony with whisky.fr, while creating a distinct atmosphere, familiar yet fresh, consistent yet unique.
